Terms and conditions of the prize draw

ARTICLE 1 - INTRODUCTION

HAPPN SAS, a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of France and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under the number 535 217 723, having its headquarters at 5 rue Feydeau, 75002 Paris, France (hereinafter “the Organiser”) organizes, in partnership with Zee Studios, Mrunal Thakur, and Siddhant Chatuverdi, represented by White Rivers Media Pvt Ltd, having its headquarters at 403, Monte Rossa, 90Ft Road, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai 400075,Tax Reference Number: 27AABCW8439R1ZD, (hereinafter “the Partner”), on HAPPN mobile and web application (hereinafter “the Application), a prize draw (hereinafter “the Draw”) on 11/02/2026 at 4:30pm (Indian Standard time) until 17/02/2026 at 10:30pm (Indian Standard time). 

These dates may be postponed to earlier or later dates if required for the organisation of the Draw. 

The purpose of these terms and conditions (hereinafter “the Terms and Conditions”) is to define the rights and obligations of the Organiser and the participants in the Draw (hereinafter "the Participants").

Participation in the Draw implies outright acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Terms and Conditions have a contractual value between the Organiser and the Participants, whether or not they win a prize. 

ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW

Participation in the Draw is free and without obligation to purchase and is open to any natural person from 18 years old located in India, who is member of the Application.

Employees and representatives of the Organiser and of the Partner, as well as all persons who collaborated in the organisation and implementation of the Draw and their family members may not participate in the Draw.

Participation in the Draw is exclusively possible on the Application.

It requires that Participants have access to the Internet via their smartphone or their device and that they are members of the Application. 

Participation in the Draw is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is therefore prohibited for any Participant to participate with several accounts or on behalf of other persons. Violation of this prohibition will be sanctioned by an automatic disqualification of the Participant without prior notice.

Participants may participate in the Draw until 17/02/2026 at 10:30pm (Indian Standard time) (hereinafter "the Closing Date").

Participation in this Draw implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the present Terms and Conditions, in all their stipulations, the rules of ethics in force on the Interne. Failure to do so will result in the disqualification of the Participant. 

ARTICLE 3 – RULES OF THE PRIZE DRAW 

The Draw is displayed on the Application from the home page for the members located in India, by means of a sponsored profile titled “Isq begins here” (hereinafter “the Sponsored Profile”).

To participate, the Participants must, before the Closing Date, express their interest by liking the Sponsored Profile, i.e. by pressing the heart located at the bottom of the profile on the screen of their smartphone.

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES

The Draw results in a total of 1 prize (hereinafter “the Prize”) being awarded under these conditions: 

• Maximum of 1 winner drawn by random on the Application: the winner will receive a Prize consisting of 20 cinema tickets to the movie “Do Deewane Seher Mein” close to his or her vicinity.

• The Prizes may not be exchanged or give rise to any financial consideration. 

• The winner will be required to take a selfie while receiving the prize at the movie theater, which will thereafter be published on @happnindia Instagram account.

ARTICLE 5 – MODALITIES OF AWARDING THE PRIZES

The determination of the Winners will be carried out by means of a prize draw conducted by the Organiser on 18/02/2026 at 6pm (Indian Standard Time).

Participants who have been drawn (hereinafter referred to as "Winners") will immediately be informed that they have won a Prize by email, inviting them to fill in a form, via a link, on Typeform, for the delivery of the Prize. This information is necessary to contact the Winners and will be shared with the Partner.

Only one prize may be awarded for the same Participant.

If a Winner does not reply to the message send by Happn in the Application, within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of the message, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant.

ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY  

6.1. Liability of the Organiser and Partner  

The Organiser's liability is strictly limited to awarding the Prizes actually and validly won by the Winners. The Organiser shall under no circumstances be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the services for which the Partner is responsible (especially but not limited to order error, late delivery etc.), or for any event caused either by the Winners or by an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party. The Organiser does not guarantee that the Application and the Draw are free of anomalies, errors or bugs. 

In any event, the Organiser may in no event be held liable for any failure to fulfil the obligations imposed on it by the application of the Terms and Conditions which may be attributable either to the Participant's fault or to an unforeseeable and insurmountable event by a third party outside the scope of the provision of the obligations resulting from the Terms and Conditions, or to an event of force majeure. 

The Organiser reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions or to shorten, extend or cancel the Draw if circumstances so require. In any event, the Organiser shall not be held liable in this respect. In such circumstances, the Organiser will set up the technical means to inform the Participants by e-mail and/or on the Application. The Organiser may, at any time, in particular for technical reasons, updating or maintenance, interrupt access to the Draw. The Organiser shall in no event be liable for these interruptions and their consequences.          

 6.2. Liability of the Participant

It is the sole responsibility of the Participants to ensure that the information about themselves held by the Organiser (in particular their name, email address, phone number and age, which may be deducted from their date of birth) is correct and sincere and that they will enable them to participate in the Draw and, if necessary, to benefit from the Prizes they have won. 

The Organiser reserves the right, without notice, not to award a Prize to any participant who has failed to comply with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed by the Organiser, as data controller, on the basis of the execution of the Terms and Conditions, in order to record their participation in the Draw and to manage the delivery of the Prizes to the Winners. The processing of Participants’ personal data is required to participate in the Draw. Without these data, the participation will not be recorded. 

Participants’ personal data will be kept by the Organiser for the duration of the Draw and following the end of the Draw for the period of retention required by applicable laws. Typeform will process Participant’s personal data as processor of the Organiser. Winners personal data will be shared by the Organiser to the Partner for the delivery of their Prizes. Participant’s personal data will not be shared to other third parties except when the Organiser has to share the Participant’s personal data to comply with a legal obligation. 

In accordance with the European Regulation n° 2016/679 known as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Participants have a right to access, rectify, erase their personal data, a right to data portability, and a right to object or restrict the processing of their personal data by sending an email to the Data Protection officer at the following address: [email protected]. For any other claim regarding their personal data, Participants may lodge a request with the national authority responsible for data protection. 

ARTICLE 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

The Organiser is the owner of all intellectual property rights relating to the Application and the Draw. As such, it is strictly prohibited to reproduce, represent, modify, transmit, publish, adapt, on any medium whatsoever, by any means whatsoever, or to exploit in any way whatsoever, all or part of the Application or elements relating to the Draw without the prior written authorisation of the Organiser.

ARTICLE 9 – MODIFICATION AND CONSULTATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time by the Organiser, in the form of an amendment, in accordance with the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions. Any amendment will be sent by e-mail or published on the Application. 

The Terms and Conditions may be consulted throughout the duration of the Draw via the Sponsored Profile. It is sent free of charge by e-mail to any Participant by making the request (within the limit of one request per participant) by e-mail to the following address: [email protected].

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. By entering into these Terms and Conditions, Participants have transacted business in France. By transacting business in France by agreement, they voluntarily submit and consent to, and waive any defense to the jurisdiction of courts located in France, as to all matters relating to or arising from these Terms
