• Hybrid Work & Nightlife: Hybrid neighborhoods blending office spaces, culture, and nightlife encourage spontaneous encounters.

Data from happn's survey reveals why neighborhood affinity plays such a crucial role in starting new connections:

• Lifestyle & Identity: 42% of singles believe that their favorite neighborhood reflects their routine and lifestyle, with 25% expressing that these spaces strongly reflect their daily style and core values.

• Icebreaker Factor: 60% of respondents state that sharing a favorite neighborhood makes them likely or very likely to start a conversation with a potential Crush, and 30% emphasize that sharing a favorite location greatly facilitates connection
