The route inside moves through five different settings: an industrial stockroom, a Roaring Twenties bar, a lounge, a green room and a cellar reserved for the finest spirits and champagne. The bartenders focus on classic cocktails made with premium ingredients and a seasonal twist. It is intimate without feeling staged, and the hidden entrance gives everyone the same first question to answer. Reservations are accepted until 21:00; after that, the bar is walk-in only.
