There are inviting little tables in the historic Pátio de São Pedro. On them are chef Thiago das Chagas's creations. He created a 'Pernambuco seafood house' to serve recipes from the state made with local seafood, such as crab rice and octopus rice. An even more unlikely option is fish baião with cream from the backlands. On the plate, the agreste meets the sea, showing that perhaps other encounters that are just as good and just as unlikely can also happen here... and at another address. Since September, a second location has been operating in Pina, in the south of Recife.
