Once a month, La Cuisine at the Théâtre National de Nice turns into a free open slam stage, hosted by actor Jacky Ido. The format is set: three minutes per person, a cappella, and the venue offers a free drink for every verse read. On May 21 it kicks off at 5:30 PM with a writing workshop for those who want to give it a go, then the stage opens at 7:30 PM. All free, still little known beyond local regulars.
