Le Plongeoir
Le Plongeoir sits on a rock on the boulevard Franck Pilatte, at the entrance to the port of Nice. From late May to late September, the Le Vivier lounge bar is open without reservations: cocktails, sharing plates, panoramic views over the bay. When there are no assigned seats, people naturally move closer together. It is not a formula. It is simply what happens here, with this light and this sea.
