Opposite the Cité du Vin, Halles de Bacalan brings together 22 stalls run by artisans, food traders and producers across more than 1,000 m². Everyone can choose their own dish before meeting around the large communal tables that sit at the heart of the Biltoki concept. Most of the products come from South-West France, and the venue also has a regular programme of concerts, tastings, neighbourhood celebrations and other shared events.
