Festival Baiano de Cafés brings together more than 70 exhibitors, coffee shops, workshops, tastings, talks and live music across a weekend built for trying flavours, learning methods and letting the conversation warm up along with the cup. People here discuss aroma, roast and tasting notes with such conviction that even someone who only wanted a quick coffee starts paying attention. And if your heart starts beating faster, it might be the caffeine, but we know it is not always. Sometimes the best chemistry of the day is not in the bean, it is in whoever brought it up.
