From October 14 to 18, ART.PE takes over Recife Expo Center with galleries, artists, gastronomy and works that promise much more than a quick glance. It is the kind of program where you start by saying you are just going to have a quick look and end up hours later discussing art with a confidence you did not even know you had. There are paintings, photographs, sculptures, installations and works capable of making two people see completely different things, or even exactly the same thing: in this case, nothing. All I know is that between one questionable artwork and another, there is always something to start a conversation about. Time to put your creativity on display. And what if, among so many artists and new perspectives, you find someone whose way of seeing the world fits perfectly with yours?
