Few things beat a table full of small plates for everyone to share. At Bilisco, chef Diego Badra, previously behind another Brasília favourite, Conca, builds the experience around exactly that. Pork belly in tucupi sauce is one of the most popular dishes, alongside Brazilian-cheese pastéis, pork suã and brisket croquettes with okra. Drinks run from coconut and cupuaçu batidas to bottled beer. It all unfolds in an unpretentious Asa Norte courtyard where people can let the conversation run and perhaps pull up another chair for someone new.
