This pizzeria was an instant hit, partly because it looks nothing like a traditional pizzeria. The laid-back atmosphere matches the looser lifestyle of Campeche and draws a young crowd, happy to eat slices informally, standing or on the pavement. The other reason is the menu itself. Or rather, the menu-as-display. That's where all the pizzas are shown. Inspired by Rome, the light dough is square-shaped and served in slices. Behind it all is chef Leo Abreu, who also drew millions of views on YouTube sharing his passion for cooking.
