I cannot sign in via my phone number; a new account is created every time. What can I do?

 

You will need the help of our Customer Service to solve this issue.
Please get in touch with us and give us as much information as possible so we can find your account in our data base and help you log back in:

 

- Name and Surname registered in the application;
- Phone number and country code;
- Email;
- Your age and date of birth;
- The city where you use the app;
- Your OS (Android or IOS);
- The date that your account was created (approximately);
- The date of your last login;
- The date of your last purchase.

If you have ever had a Facebook profile, please send us your happn FB ID: go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and then click on the happn icon displayed in the list (“Logged in using Facebook”). You will have to scroll down and tell us which ID is displayed in the section “Get help with using happn”.
The more information you send us, the easier it will be for us to find your profile in our database.
