Bank transactions and purchases are managed by the Apple App Store or the Android Google Play Store.
If you're unable to purchase Hellos on the happn store, please close the application, restart it, and try again later. This problem is usually temporary. Please make sure that your bank information on your iTunes, or Google Play account is correct.
