Why can't I buy Hellos?
Bank transactions and purchases are managed by the Apple App Store, the Android Google Play Store or the Microsoft Windows Phone Store.
If you're unable to purchase Hellos on the happn store, please close the application, restart it, and try again later. This problem is usually temporary. Please make sure that your bank information on your iTunes, Google Play or Microsoft account is correct.
