We're sorry that you experienced this problem. The Apple App Store, the Android Google Play Store or the Microsoft Windows Phone Store are solely responsible for the terms and process of payments.
happn does not have the right to intervene in accordance with the conditions imposed by these platforms. It is, therefore, impossible that you have been charged without your consent or automatically by happn. Any request for reimbursement or request relating to the payment should be sent to Apple, Android or Microsoft services, depending on the device from which the purchase was made.
Please keep in mind that any refund request must be done within 48 hours after purchase.
