I can’t log in. What should I do?

If you can’t log in to your account due to a technical problem or an error message, make sure:

  • You are connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi/3G/4G).
  • You have the latest version of happn.
  • Your Facebook account or your phone number is still active.
  • Your Apple ID is configured in your iPhone settings and iCloud is activated.
  • Your Google account is configured in your Android settings.

If none of these situations applies to you, this is probably a temporary problem. Please try to log in again later.
