I can’t log in. What should I do?

If you can’t log in to your account due to a technical problem or an error message, make sure:

- You are connected to the Internet (Wi-Fi/3G/4G)- You have the latest version of happn
- Your Facebook account or your phone number is still active
- Your Apple ID is configured in your iPhone settings and iCloud is activated
If none of these situations applies to you, this is probably a temporary problem. Please try to log in again later.
