I can’t login or I can no longer login. What can I do?
Make sure that you're using the latest version of happn, that you’re connected to the internet (WI-FI / 3G / 4G), that your Facebook account or your mobile phone number is still active and that your username and password are correct. Log out of Facebook through the application and from your web browser, which must allow cookies, then try to log in again.
If the problem persists, please try again later. It’s usually temporary.
